The manufacturing of 'U'tubes takes place in a separate shop, adjacent to the tube mill, on subhlaxmi premises by utilizing bending equipment that is used exclusively for stainless steel tube bending as per drawing & specification given by customer. In the process bending portion & six inch leg is stress relieved by resistance heating & to avoid oxidation in id argon gas is passed through the required flow rate.

All the procedure is strictly followed as per Tema 'C' & ASTM A-688.
